| Our frames are all made to order, using the size and finish you desire. Our standard rabbet allowance is 3/16”. When ordering frames, please specify the following: • Style number • Finish • Size (either sight or rabbet, with or without allowance, or outside dimension) Pricing can be estimated using the United Inches method described below and with all applicable charges added. Minimum charge on all frames is five feet except when noted otherwise. Since each frame is handmade to customer specifications, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. |

| United Inches Method | ||
| The following method describes how you can determine the approximate price for your frame: • Take the length and width of the artwork and add these dimensions. The total is called United Inches (UI). For example, if your painting is 16” x 20”, it will be 36 United Inches in size. Remember, we will cut your frame 3/16” larger as an allowance. • Next, determine the width of the molding you want. The width is marked down along with the prices in the price list. Please take your width and round it up to the nearest column on the chart, located on the following pages. For this discussion we will use the width of 2 3/8”, rounded up to the next column on the chart is 3 inches. • Now, looking at the chart, follow the left hand column down until you find your UI (United Inches are listed in the blue field). In this case you are looking for 36. Then, go across the chart to the right until you are under the “three inch column” (Widths are listed in the green field). The amount of footage is 8.3 ft. and is how much molding we will need to make one 16” x 20” frame. | Corner Sample Ordering | ||
| Corner samples are sold at two feet of the frames wholesale per ft. price plus shipping. All carving is done entirely by hand and each sample is individually made just like our frames. Samples take 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Please call to inquire about pricing. |

| We ship via Fed Ex Ground whenever possible. Ground domestic shipping and handling is 10% of the order total to $499.00, 5% if the total equals $500.00 or more. Due to certain restrictions, sizes 24” x 30” and above may be subject to a special handling surcharge of $10.00 per frame. Shipments too large for Fed Ex will be shipped via common carrier truck or, if requested, air freight. Shipping for oversized items is available only to destinations in the continental United States. We do not ship via bus. Truck shipment delivers your item to your curb or dock. The charge varies, based on distance, weight, bulk, etc. Note: All shipping methods require a physical address. However, USPS Parcel Post is available only if you have no physical address (i.e. P.O. Box), and Fed Ex ground charges will apply. Outside contiguous U.S., except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (see above), will be charged actual shipping charges. Please call for charges: 1-866-716-4405. On any air shipments, and on all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses, there may be additional freight charges depending on size. You will be notified prior to shipment. Larger frames or those with ornate carving may require special crating at an additional charge. There is no extra charge for standard packing. |

| Returns and Damages |

| Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. Any damage or shortages must be noted on delivery receipt. We are not liable for loss or damage by common carrier. Save the original packaging in the event of damage so that you can file a proper claim with the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to carrier as soon as it is discovered. Claims for shortages or errors must be made to our office within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Baker Frame Studio. No returns for damage will be accepted after 30 days from ship date. You will be responsible for freight cost to return the item. Custom frames are nonreturnable if they have no damage upon receipt. | ||
